Responsibilities   - Manage and drive growth through new user acquisition, affiliate partnerships, and remarketing & search campaigns for Web and Mobile App   - Design process and framework for the affiliate partners and implement the same for affiliate on-boarding and payouts   - Creating and implementing monthly marketing plan for affiliates   - Monitor activity, analyse performance, and recommend ways to increase revenues   - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing objectives are understood  Must Haves   - 2+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing preferably in e-commerce industry   - Sound knowledge of e-commerce digital marketing including but not limited to affiliate marketing, PPC marketing, remarketing, new user acquisition etc.   - Power user of Excel - reporting, macros, pivot tables   - Exposure to SQL  Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
