Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting
Location: South Delhi (Near Saket)
Reporting to: Finance Controller
The person will manage the day to day finance
Key Requirements:
- Financial Accountant with 4 to 8 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in retail industry
- Expertise in accounting and vendor reconciliations
- Strong experience and knowledge of Compliances
- High proficiency with Excel
Education: B.Com, MBA Finance/ CA/ ICWA preferred
- Well-developed quantitative skills and analytical thinking
- Good written and oral communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial accounting and support in month end reporting
- Coordination and Reconciliations with various merchants
- Verification & Payment Processing to Merchants as per deal contract and credit terms
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
- Independently handling & resolving the queries of the internal auditors, statutory auditors and other auditors

- Self-motivator and entrepreneurial attitude to work with minimum super vision
- Strong work ethic and accountability, work productively and efficiently in a team environment
