Job Description:
- Develop & formulate Annual Marketing Plan and marketing budgets
- Design and Implement the Annual Brand Plans to achieve the top line and bottom line figures in respect to Corporate Objectives, and to achieve desired market share.
- Devise specific tailor made programs for the trade to drive incremental sales and implement Trade Activation programs
- Plan & implement need- based consumer promotions for specific target segments.
- Evaluate & organize participation in various Events & Exhibitions.
- Handle all external agencies like ad agency, media agency, event management agency, etc to plan and implement various marketing campaigns
- Brief creative agency on various campaign plans, evaluate campaign strategy and aid in final implementation of thematic / brand campaigns.
- Co-ordinate with media buying agencies as well as with various publications and channels to plan optimum media exposure and extract best possible media deals
- Select and monitor outdoor media coverage
- Initiate need based Market Research in coordination with external agencies and analyzing the same for future decision making.
- Increase number of products in NPD pipeline and work with various departments to successfully roll out new products.
- Responsible for new packaging development.
- Handle new products’ launch.(including test launch and full commercial roll-out)
- Manage all marketing functions, including ATL and BTL activities
- Evaluate different media vehicles and media reach data to create an optimum media-mix and communication strategy for the brand
- Plan innovative POS and merchandising materials and ensure practical implementation of the same
- Coordinate with Ad. agency, R&D, Production, Purchase, Logistics and Sales for product enhancement and market feedback

Reports to: Marketing Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / Marketing | PGDM (Marketing) (Qualified from Premiere Indian B-School.)
Work Experience: 07-10 Years in Brand/Category Management in Hair Care or Personal Care (Salon)
