Job Role:
- Sustaining and increasing both volume and value market shares in various price segments using differentiated marketing
- Product Life Cycle Management through innovative marketing strategies in line with the changing ecosystem and competition landscape for all segments .
- Accountable for ASP and revenue growth in all channels and price segments
- Identifying and strategizing new avenues of growths, opportunities and threats to the business
- Lead the design and execution of 360 degree Brand campaigns and GTM strategies, Visibility, ATL and Media Planning, Events, Retail, Campaigns and Activations for Pan India Market
- OPEX control, budgeting of marketing resources.
- Supervising Creative development and deployment and Agency and Vendor management / development
- People Management - managing a team of direct and indirect managers
Candidate Requirement:
Full time MBA is a must
- From Any Sector - FMCG, Consumer Durable, Consumer Electronic, Lubricant, Lifestyle Brands
- Should have a strong exposure in marketing Strategies & Processes
- Mumbai Candidates preferred
