POSITION/ DESIGNATION : Group Product Manager (B2B Enterprise SaaS)

EDUCATION : B.E. + MBA
EXPERIENCE: 12-15 Yrs
OBJECTIVE :
- Full ownership of the strategy and vision over a large suite of products
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE :
- Experience working in a start-up environment is a strong asset
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and driving a solution set across development teams
- Architecting multi-tenancy and high scalability products
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan and business cases
- Conducting product concept research and in-depth market needs evaluation
- Proven track record of identifying and building new capabilities to successfully enter new market sectors
- Extensive experience building, selling or deploying SaaS/Cloud based business or consumer applications (specifically experience around business applications for SaaS/Cloud based products)
- Experience working with customers defining and designing business (B2B or B2C) solutions
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work with/influence cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, UX, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Support)
- Agility and bias toward action with ruthless prioritization and accountability for results
- Deep knowledge of application design principles and experience applying them to build complex software applications
IMPORTANT OTHERS :
- Experience of development of product roadmaps, retail environment, analytics/ analytical products is a plus
- Thought leadership, Serial releases, Smaller iterations and constant prioritization, Customer (community) feedback, product requests, self-service, and best practices, Agile
