Group President - Human Resources - FMCG (18-24 yrs)

- This posting is for our well know client in FMCG and based at kolkata.

- This position will report to director, you will be responsible for consumer division and will oversea all other divisions like OTCc/biotech/reality

Group HR president candidate requirements :

Essential Skills and Qualifications :

- 18 - 22 Plus years relevant experience in HR/IR from a Hard Core FMCG Company or durable or OTC company with min 2 years in international business preferred not necessary .

- Master's degree in HR from a Good Institute Preferred.

- Experience of planning and delivering employee relations initiatives

- Strong project management skills

- Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level

- Strong people management skills, gained through managing and developing teams

- Sensitive people skills, a high level of emotional intelligence,excellent interpersonal skills,a wide understanding of people issues

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization

- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

Responsibilities :

First this is a President HR Position for our Client.

- You will need to be able to apply the science, craft and art of HR.

- By science, we mean the models, theories, concepts and values that underpin all that HR does.

- By craft, we mean the knowledge and experience of Client policies, processes and systems that you learn mostly on the job.

- And by art, we mean your personal credibility to influence leaders and teams, your instinct for handling issues, your ability to create and use networks, and the courage to challenge robustly when needed.

- Contribute to the development of the Human Resource function by developing an strategy that is aligned with Client business needs

- Responsible for all statutory compliance's related to HR in lien with Corporate Business Principles & other policies.

- Drive a performance driven culture in partnership GM HR/HR Managers /HR Team.

- Leverage and build various management-workmen committees to facilitate smooth running of manufacturing operations in the India & Overseas.

- Annual Manpower and Budget Planning of HR & Admin as per the Company's Business Plan

- Plan and drive succession planning, talent management & talent acquisition

- Culture surveys & follow-up intervention
