- Client Facing Role - Good Communication Skills
- Green Belt or Black Belt Certified Mandatory. Process Excellence work experience 2 /4 yrs.
- Candidates from an F& A background - AP - P2P - projects work experience mandatory ( Candidates with GL - R2R / AR - O2C is an added advantage.
- Good Project Management Skills.
- Candidates well versed with Six Sigma Methodologies & Tools ( Eg Minitab)
Role: IC Role:- Shifts: UK Shifts.
Industry : BPO/KPO.
- Drive Improvement projects/activities across the vertical.
- Transfer the knowledge and skills learned during the expert training sessions to other employees.
- Redesign processes to suit the improvement plan
- Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation.
- Net work with other experts to exchange learning and good practices both internally and externally
- Remove barriers to progress
- The incumbent should have zeal in working in a dynamic BPO environment and keenness in acquiring working knowledge of the operations and processes on site.
- Should possess good analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and should be capable of motivating people.
- Should possess good business acumen and strongly result oriented with passion to reach.

- Liase with functional / vertical managers to accept and agree the need for change

Note: - The jobholder will be responsible for running improvement initiatives across the vertical as well as at client sites. This includes identifying possible improvement opportunities, making improvement plans, implementing them, and ensuring handover to Operations, transfer knowledge and skills learned during the expert training sessions to other employees.
