Group Manager - Operations - Master Black Belt Certified - BPO

We are hiring for Group Manager Operation with a leading MNC for Hyderabad Location.

- Master Black Belt Certified is a Must-

Requirement:-

Around 13 years of overall experience and good experience of handling a large multi geo projects.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, related fields or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in one or more of the following :- Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, web-development will be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Job Role:-

Lead the program from the front, take care of every aspect of delivery, people, performance, profitability and client at the site level.

Meet all SLAs, Monitor MIS reports to ensure program performance is moving in the right direction. Share proactive communication to the client in case of any expected misses

Drive performance improvement initiatives at least one every quarter

Ensure the margin targets are met month on month

Reduce costs by driving margin improvement levers

Keep attrition below target at all times

Master Black Belt Certified is a Must
