Group Manager - Marketing - Business Incubator

Our client is a business incubator. They provide business acceleration services to companies operating in dairy, renewable energy, agri logistics, rural and agri infra, animal feed, water management and farm productivity sectors.

They are privately owned by one of Indias leading business families and have exceptionally strong promoter credentials with access to good quality capital, a long term commitment and an in-depth understanding of the Rural, Food and Agri-Business sector.

As a marketing lead you are expected to contribute to the formulation of the offline marketing strategy and implement it accordingly. And, ensure optimized ROI on marketing investment, optimal spend in line with marketing/brand strategy and the commercial objective.

- Drive and manage marketing programs to create brand awareness

- Developing all collaterals for internal and external communication

- Identification of non-traditional media.

- Driving the BTL (Below the line) initiatives.

- Trade marketing initiatives

- On ground visibility including road shows and events

- Participating in In-shop promotions and Kisan melas

- Participating in brand strategy discussions

- Spearhead development of local media initiatives and advertising

Candidate Profile :

- Should have experience in marketing.

- MBA in marketing or equivalent degree from premier institute.

- Should have excellent communication and leadership skills

- Willingness to travel
