Job Description :

- Training Needs Analysis, Course Calendars and adherence to training calendar.

- Facilitation and training delivery skills to the other trainers.

- Work with content development team & design training curriculum on process specific business communication

- Conduct online tests, mock calls to evaluate the learners and make them deploy able.

- Conduct TNA and TNI to track performance of learners on shop floor.

- Identifying operational / training issues and helping team in fixing these gaps.

US Health Care Coding Experience is mandatory.
