KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Architect is someone who has experience in integrating & providing end to end consistency on the functional business requirements for applications, leveraging best practices on mapping & modelling of processes and process documentation around BPM system development or any other enterprise asset.

This role should be able to provide effective direction on the design, document, analyze, and testing of business process models and can translate functional business requirements into business process models throughout the entire life cycle. They perform organization and resource modeling, analyze processes in a variety of dimensions, build accurate and realistic simulations and solutions to drive business improvements, create governance model and identify business measures to address productivity and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Experienced in multi-location, multi-cultural projects, leading business analyst teams, BAU & offshore coordination.

- Lead the Business Analyst team for design and delivery of BPM system n application

- Bring consistency and help team to build processes to detailed level 5 activity level. Analyze activity and cycle times defined in process for accurate ROI and business case

- Define & validate data elements and applications used in each activity, drawing on a defined data architecture catalogue

- Project Management of initiatives covering business change, testing and implementation, planning, issue tracking, project reporting.

- Maintain and manage the stakeholders effectively for smooth and seamless delivery

- Lead the engagement workshops functional design, user stories, project lifecycle documentation

- Target and business operating design, process architecture, process re-engineering and resource capability planning.

- Guide the team in identifying issues and optimization opportunities within each process.

Define business rules used in each process. Analyze activity and cycle times, build simulation model reconciling to FTE resources for each process. Define current service times related to cycle times

- Facilitate help develop first level manual user interface and business rules and how this will work with the data sources from each application. Learn and build initial user interface in the workflow.

- Conduct business and process analysis of quantitative and qualitative inputs with the help of analyst team

- Analyzing activities to define the resource utilization for each process

- Define & validate initial user interface and business requirements documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Client facing professional with 3 - 4 years of hands on professional experience in business process analysis, BPM Process Modelling experience and solution development

- 3 - 4 years in business architect role / managing set of business analyst working on a common project to build application/ system

- 2-4 years of experience in quality preferred as black belt i.e. in lean or six sigma domains

- Candidate should have hands on experience in business processes mapping and designing of new processes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Advanced proficiency and knowledge of MS Office suite of products, including Outlook,

Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Should be willing to Travel onsite (25-30%)
