Description : Excellent role to lead TM, OD & L&D at the group level with a large conglomerate in Mumbai

Client Details :

Our client is a multi billion dollar Indian Conglomerate with diversified businesses. They are looking for a Corporate Head of Learning, Talent Management and Organization Design who will lead all Talent initiatives across 3 group companies and will be based in Mumbai.

Description :

Reporting into the Head HR for India and working closely with the BU HR Heads, your responsibilities will include :

Talent Management :

- Craft and implement the talent agenda for the franchise in partnership with the Country HR Officer and other Senior HR Advisors

- Provide consulting services as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for India HR team and oversee programs and activities related to talent processes and practices

- Lead the talent review processes for the leadership team including preparation for the CEO country review

- Lead the performance management process for the franchise with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building

- Work with HR Advisors and BU talent teams to implement integrated solutions which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning, and executive development programs for the executive population

- Support the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent

- Liaise with Learning & Development COE for design and execution of various develop interventions impacting the above mentioned population

- Develop and manage the talent database and associated metrics Culture / Organization Development

- Lead the Voice of Employee (VOE) survey for the franchise

- Partner closely with Senior HR Advisors to develop and implement various organization development interventions that impact the business and people outcomes.

Profile :

- We are looking for candidates with 8-12 years of experience (batches 2004-2008) from premier business schools who have had a combination of consulting and internal talent development experience. A proven track record of designing TM strategies and implementing them are required for this role.
