Responsible for the overall Human Resources functions of all Group entities.  Organizational Manpower Planning - Work closely with senior management in order to understand the strategic growth plans of the organization, and accordingly fulfill appropriate human resource in critical areas.  Performance Management and Improvement Systems - Device performance measurements keeping in mind the strategic growth areas and objectives of the organization. Support business plans through HR strategies based on analytics.  Staff Recruitment and Employee Orientation - Identify appropriate candidates at senior management levels and develop induction programs for seamless transition into job roles.  Development and Training - Device training programs for the continued development of skills within workforce. Identify sub-optimal areas of productivity and take corrective actions.  - Align Human Resource Objectives in-line with organizational objectives and device policies that enforce organizational values.  - Compensation and Benefits Administration  - Employee Services and Counseling  - Monitor overall productivity of the human resources  Succession Planning - Identify high potential employees, develop career programs, ensure adequate pipeline of successors at Key positions to ensure continued growth of the organization. Establish programs for smooth-transitions for those entering and exiting key positions.  Candidates should be able to speak one of the South Indian Languages and should be willing to work in a promoter driven firm
