It has been primarily focused on B2B / institutional / wholesale business.   Our Client is creating a new Corporate L&D team. The Group L&D Heads will handle Retail, Wholesale, Enterprise business and will be reporting to Group HR Head .  Qualifications :  MBA (HR) full time from a premiere institution.  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Provide the leadership and the vision to the team to achieve and exceed the training targets and objectives.  - Support the Management and Head HR in strategic and company wide learning initiatives  - Work closely with business leaders in order to analyse the current and future business requirements for learning and development, also identify training needs and trends within the business.  - Set up a detailed training needs analysis through the needs identified process in the performance management system review cycles.  - Guide the team to design & develop innovative learning programs based on the identified priorities and build / customize the content to address the business context.  - Network with (or refer) senior internal/external faculty to conduct key learning programs.  - Effectively communicate the L&D objectives to learning partners both internally and externally.  - Manage the external learning partner relationships in order to deliver effective programs to the organization. Build long term learning partners.  - Guide the team in conceptualizing long term learning initiatives apart from class-room training to build learning culture (like coaching, e-learning etc).  - Planning, Budgeting and Tracking.  - Plan a yearly, quarterly, monthly and daily program for overseeing an effective learning team   Job Requirements :  - Experience of managing L & D function for a large multi - business organization .   - Experience in developing training strategy and executing action plans across multiple functions and levels   - Experience in setting up detailed training needs analysis   - Experience in reviewing the effectiveness of the training programs   - Experience in competencies assessments   Our Client is ready to consider candidates from Banking, Financial, Insurance or BPO (as long as candidate is expert on training for senior and leadership only) .
