Group Head - Business Analytics - Pharma

Role & responsibility :

- Provide leadership and management support to broad team responsible for the production of Pharma Business Analytics projects worldwide, which are agreed for delivery via Market Effectiveness Services.

- Functional and Operational Leadership of a Global Business Analytics team, providing analytical insights support to the marketing / MSO teams worldwide; management of delivery, quality control process, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, work flow process, people management and partnership with local support functions.
