Mandatory Requirement-Candidate must have good exposure in Animal Nutrition/ Animal Feeding and must be Ph.D.in Animal Nutrition/ veterinary Science

Experience : 20-25 years ( Animal Nutrition/ Animal Feeding)

Industry Preference- Dairy/ Agriculture

Qualification-M.Sc./MVSc with Ph.D in Animal Nutrition

Job Location- Based in Gujrat ( Anand)

Role Objective :

Candidate will be Responsible for :

Leading, designing, managing and implementing activities related to Animal Nutrition including Ration Balancing Programme, supply of feeds, feed supplements and fodder

- Leading, managing, designing and carrying out continuous innovation in the implementation of ration balancing programmes in the villages.

- Development of area specific mineral mixture formulations, based on mineral mapping programmes, and extending technical support to mineral mixture manufacturing agencies.

- Development of bypass protein and fat technologies for commercial production of these supplements.

- Encourage use of various strategic supplements for continuous reduction in methane emission.

- Provide technical consultancy to Cattle Feed Plants (CFPs) on feed formulation, quality control of raw materials and finished products.

- Strengthening & expanding the activities on implementation of fodder development programmes and promotion of improved fodder production & conservation technologies

- Development of relevant extension and communication materials for milk producers on ration balancing, feed, fodder and other nutritional supplements .

- Liaisoning and networking with various agencies involved in Animal Nutrition activities.
