Group Deputy CFO - CA - Petrochemical

Looking for a candidate for the position of Group Deputy CFO with a leading Petrochemical company.

Qualification - CA

Key Responsibility -

Role: Provide execution leadership to Group Finance and Accounts function

Primary responsibilities:

(A) Responsible to review and submit monthly financial and management accounts (business unit-wise) at group level. Engage key stakeholders to provide performance commentary and relevant analytics.

(B) Provide supervision to group treasury function by getting involved into fund raising activities and liquidity management

(C) Lead the group-level budgeting exercise covering all business units and functions.

(D) Actively participate in preparation of information pack for board meetings and Exco meetings

(E) Closely work with systems team for ERP implementation and with process excellence team to improve internal controls.

(F) Provide guidance to business-unit level finance and accounts team.

(G) Work towards achieving statutory compliance and tax efficiency at group level.
