Group Chief Financial Officer - Healthcare - CA

Looking for a Group CFO for a Private equity funded company.

- Need passionate and self driven professional with all round experience in Finance and a strong business sense.

- Should have handled diverse areas in Finance ranging from Financial and strategic planning, budgeting, controlling, accounting, MIS, auditing, taxation, costing, pricing, M&As and Investor Relations.

- Require the ability to streamline operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost management, vendor negotiations, IT project decisions, Internal controls, procedures & compliance's and Information facilitation.

- A qualified CA with minimum 18 - 20 years experience and with strong experience in general management, business planning and analysis, systems design and implementation and staff development are the basic requirement for the incumbent.
