Group Accounts Managers (Corporate/ B2B Sales) for the Enterprise arm of an integrated Telecom Services provider

About our client :

Our client is the global, managed solutions brand of India's largest integrated telecom services provider. Is amongst the global Top 10 providers of Managed network solutions and International Wholesale Voice carrier as well as a top 6 global Ethernet services providers.

Role Description :

- Primary role is to acquire new Corporate/ Enterprise customers and expand the brand footprint in the assigned region with the help of a team of Key Account Managers.

- Ensure target achievement through sales acquisition in large enterprise opportunities in assigned Geography/circle/s.

- Will be responsible for identifying suitable large opportunities in the market place for Enterprise products and services.

- Set and Own Revenue, Sales and installation targets for the New logo business in the Territory

- Enhance New Logo market share and acquire business from Low share of wallet accounts.

- Would work with pre sales team/ solution architects to design a solution such that we create added value (technology edge, commercial benefit, network advantage) for the customer.

- Formulate strategy and implement it to Churn Business from competition strong Hold accounts

- Would make Solutions presentation to the CIO / IT team / admin team and handle their objection.

- Would be responsible for managing the relationships in the account & win over decision makers / influencers.

- Identify and develop new Streams for long Term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customer to achieve Business Results

- Ensure total Customer satisfaction and defect free service delivery on agreed SLA's.

- Work closely with the customer for Payments

Desired Profile :

- MBA with min 10-15 years experience in selling Communication & IT products / Services in large Enterprise Market segment.

- Opportunity creation skills.

- Sales acquisition skills would be key to success.

- Knowledge about Enterprise products used by corporate customers.

- Good analytical & presentation skills.

- Ability to relate / approach senior people without fear.

- Team Management skills
