The Role / Job Description:

- To take charge of all academic areas of the group curriculum development & quality of teaching / technology etc.

- Should also lead / guide the Principals in managing schools customer relationship students, parents, teachers ..

- Also look at development of new schools, pricing, positioning etc.

The Candidate Details:

- 45 - 60 yrs

- Masters, preferably Ph.D

- Minimum 5 yrs in a similar position in a leading school chain / education group; minimum 5+ Institutions

- Prior experience as a Principal / Head of Institution preferred.

- Strong People & Relationship Building Skills,

- Visionary with the drive and commitment essential,

- Should have strong desire to "Make a difference" and create a "Legacy Institution"
