Groon - Business Manager

We are looking at a Business Manager Profile. We are preferably looking at, though not mandate, a candidate who has experience in eCommerce, hyperlocal eCommerce, food ordering startups, etc..

Product Development :

- Lead product development, UI/UX of Mobile App and website.

- Periodically study and improve ease of user experience and time to complete transaction.

- Identify Value add areas

Merchant management :

- Meet new merchant sign up targets through team

- Define merchant on-boarding process

- Monitor merchant helpline issues and resolutions

- Plan and use budgets for merchant engagement

Customer experience :

- Monitor complaints and resolution trends

Operations :

- Effective order placement, order acceptance, delivery and payment cycle.

Marketing :

- Online and offline marketing programs directed towards customer acquisition.

- Programs to increase transactions per user

- Programs to improve GMV

- Competition mapping, proactive and reactive marketing initiatives

Abilities :

- Translate vision into execution

- Analytical

- Customer care oriented
