At Grofers, we are obsessed with connecting consumers to their local merchants in a meaningful way. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will own the hiring process and help us manage full lifecycle of recruiting.
What you will do:
- Recruit and manage a pipeline of candidates
- Source and hire talent across different functions
- Strategically utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive candidates
- Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/maximum traction for hiring at all times
- Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns around finding top talent
- Build our world-class team through your dedication to the candidate hiring experience
What you have:
- Direct sourcing experience of at least 3-4 years with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organization.
- Willingness to be flexible and ability to work on technical and non-technical roles
- A successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruiting goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviews
- Self starter with ability to work in a face-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
