Key Responsibilities :   - Build teams to establish end to end retail operations within a region  - Maintain FMCG inventory levels, keep inventory records, plan and forecast future sales  - Ensure profitability targets of allocated retail units  - Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as organizing training and development programs  What we require :   - 2-4 years of work experience in retail/operations  - Good understanding of retail operations and supply chain management  - Comfortable with working for long and unpredictable hours  - Quick decision making ability, enthusiastic and self-motivated  - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team  Salary Range: 6-7 LPA
