We value integrity and help provide the right opportunities for people who are eager to drive their own career.  Purpose of your role :   The role will responsible for budgeting, treasury and MIS, to ensure that the financial information, analysis and reporting is complete and accurate. This role will also require interaction and dialogue with relevant onshore Sigapore counterparts, and the ability to quickly and accurately supply the demands for information.  Your key accountabilities :   - Responsible for supporting overall GOR budgeting, treasury and MIS function  - Liaison with the banks and Company stakeholders to ensure optimum utilisation of resources.  - Responsibility for accurate and timely completion of budgeting allocation and corresponding tracking with the actual expenses.  - Assist in monthly MIS function to the investors/management.   - Also, assist with the year-end audit process for GOR group.  - Assist with various upcoming projects   Your skills and experience :   - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years post qualification experience. Experience of working in an extended (offshore-onshore) global team model would be preferred  - Candidate should have a exposure of working with manufacturing Company.  - Well versed with taxes Excise Act, Service Tax, VAT, Income Tax Act etc.   - Sound financial concepts, knowledge of accounting principles (AS, Revised Schedule VI etc.)  - Strong Microsoft Excel alongside good IT skills particularly Outlook, Word & PowerPoint  - Strong verbal and written business English communication skills, experience in presenting to senior management and writing reports beneficial  - Prior team management experience would be preferred  - ERP/SAP working exposure is an additional advantage.  Personal Attributes & Experience :  - Inspire and collaborate inspires others to stretch beyond their capability and acknowledges their efforts and accomplishments.  - Decision Making empower local reports to make important decisions appropriate to their level.  - Execution ability to adapt and redirect priorities and goals in response to changes in business requirements.  - Collaboration ability to work across functions in particular with Business Finance colleagues to address issues and optimise performance.  - People management capable of managing teams and providing the necessary coaching and mentoring where required, is an additional advantage.  GOR Values :   Candidates must be able to demonstrate affinity with the GOR core values :  - Act with integrity,   - Make it happen,   - Think like an entrepreneur
