We listen closely to each other to improve our products, our service, and ultimately, the lives of our consumers   Job Location: Worli, Mumbai   The incumbent will take overall responsibility for compiling and presenting the investors quarterly/monthly reports, and will also be responsible for other financial analysis and management reporting needed to manage efficiently the organization's operations worldwide. This person will oversee the implementation of the organization's annual budgeting processes. The position reports to the CFO, and manages a team of finance professionals.  Essential responsibilities:  Investor relations "   Develop and implement overall investor relations strategies, tactics and policies  Ensure monthly/quarterly reporting packages to existing investors are sent out in time and those are discussed and explained in detail whenever required  Lead investor due diligence for financial matters  Lead Grant application and reporting  Lead quarterly monitoring call with all debt and equity investors  Reporting :   Ensures timely and accurate monthly and quarterly management reporting   Ensures effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key metrics such as margins, productivity, opex.; coordinates related activities  Cash planning and forecast  Prepare executive level presentations (monthly/quarterly)  - Leads business planning processes (forecasts and Operating Plan) and reporting rhythms (i.e., risk & opportunities)  Work closely with the CFO, other support function heads and business heads to develop the annual budget for the organization and prepare a re-forecast of the annual budget at least twice a year  Provide leadership of budgeting and reforecasting processes  - Ad Hoc Analyses  Various scenario analysis of products, pricing, volumes, etc.  Functions cost models/analysis  Cost Benefit Analysis and other special projects as required.  Analyse complex financial information and provide timely and accurate financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes  The ideal candidate:   - CA /ICWA/MBA from top B-Sch  - 6-8 years relevant work experience as FP&A/Investor relations   - Excellent analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change  - Clear thinking/problem solving, able to lead projects/process improvement within operations/finance function  - Able to break down complex issues into simpler steps and resolve them  - Fluent in written and verbal English communication  - Excellent presentation skills and strong executive presence  - Ability to prioritize & promote teamwork  - Willing to participate and engage in operations in addition to finance  - Excellent grasp over MS Excel and MS power point  - Should be flexible, willing to stretch and achieve over and above base expectations.   Greenlight Planet offers a competitive salary, a fun, supportive work environment and opportunities for continued professional growth within a fast-growing global enterprise.
