Role - Head - Best Companies to Work

Role : Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Operations

Basic Qualifications :

Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience Level : PM / Senior PM - 6 - 10 years - Project and Team Management

Salary : On par with Industry Standards

Skills and Competencies :

- Excellent Communication skills - both written and oral. Should be comfortable in handling difficult client interactions

- Awareness of Lean Six Sigma practices and experience of implementing Operations Quality across multiple engagements

- Team Management - Must have handled high performing dynamic teams in the past

- Attention to Detail - Detail Oriented and someone who can dive deep

- Client Expectation Management - Someone who understands the Business perspective of things, and manages client expectations accordingly

- Excellent Conflict management skills in multi-party environments

- PMP Certified, or good awareness of PM methodologies

- Vendor Partnerships - You will have to get a lot of work done through vendors, so such know-how is very important

- Expert knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint

- Comfortable with handling and making sense out of huge amounts of data

- Exposure to one Statistical tool - SPSS, R, etc.

- Awareness of reporting tools like Qlikview, Tableau, Micro Strategy

Role and Responsibilities :

- Take care of all operations related activities for clients of Great Place to Work and be the Quality expert on various products and services

- Manage requests/issues raised by the client and resolve queries

- Ensure quality of the deliverables that go out to the clients

- Quality Audit and reviews on regular basis, basically someone who is paranoid about Quality

Quality :

- Tie Business Goals to Quality and set clear parameters for COQ

- Set Quality guidelines and procedures and ensure implementation

- Spread awareness about quality and be a Quality Champion for the Organisation

- Audit Processes and create roadmap for a Quality driven Organisation

Operations:

- Data management and Data processing across affiliate network

- Manage a team of Operations Analysts to deliver on Day to Day Operational goals

- Set standards and parameters for the Operations team

- Create a world class operations team, that can be benchmarked against best in the industry

Team Management : Create weekly team schedules to ensure appropriate coverage of work activities in the project. Monitor and report on progress towards achievement of plans.

Relationship management : Internal and external clients. Coordinating with global affiliate teams like list, - marketing and clients in answering queries related to Great Place to Work- data points.

Process Improvement : Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Work closely with Global list management team to prioritize business and information needs.
