Job Description:  - This is a managerial level role that requires handling product implementation at our customer sites across the globe and involves strong customer Management/ client engagement interface  - Will liaise with customers in creating ideal solutions and delivery approaches  - Will be responsible for preparing Proposals and providing Pre-Sales Support to our Service Sales team  - Will be a role model on technology to the team and be part of the technology component design & development process of product development  - Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.  - Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.  - Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.  - Reviews deliverable prepared by team before passing to client.  - Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.  - Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.  - Possess good analytical, interpersonal written & verbal communication  - Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.  Core Requirements:  - 10 to 15 Years of Strong hands on experience in Programming, Design and Architecture  - Business requirements gathering and Solution Architecture  - Min of 3 BI & DWH implementation experience with full life cycle  - Strong in Java/J2EE and its Frameworks, should have designed atleast 3 End to End Enterprise Solutions  - ETL Expertise  - DWBI Expertise with strong Data Modelling capabilities  - Big Data / Hadoop experience is an ad-on and will be considered on high priority  - Strong in Spring, Struts and UI Frameworks (JQuery, ExtJS, PhoneJs etc.,)  - Experience working with any Columnar DB  - Experience working with OLAP Servers (Mondrian, Essbase, SSAS etc.,)  - Strong in debugging Java/J2EE code base  - Should have strong Customer Relationship skills and project management capabilities  - Should have engaged international customers/stakeholders and managed revenue targets  About GrayMatter Software Services:   GrayMatter is a BI, Analytics & Data Science specialist with over 100+ successful BI implementations across USA, EMEA & APAC spanning multiple industries.
