We are looking for analytically bright professionals with 3-6 years of experience. Candidates with prior Business/Market Research will be preferred.
Designation: Project Lead
Required Skills:
- Prior experience of at least 3 years (up to 6 years). Experience in Business/ Market research will be preferred. Candidates must have prior team handling experience
- Strong analytical aptitude – problem solving, quantitative skills
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Logical and creative thinker with enthusiasm and a desire to get involved at Grail Research
The Role responsibilities are to handle the following :
1) Project Management
- Have emerging expertise in one or more content area or categories
- Manage a project, end-to-end, and support Client Servicing Officers (CSOs) in drafting client proposals
- Make significant contributions to the design of the analytical approach and work plan
- Responsible for smooth project operations — overall project quality and productivity of teams
2) Client Management
- Understand the client objective and manage client expectations on projects along with the Project Manager/CSO
- Lead client calls wherever required
3) People Management
- Manage a project team — provide regular feedback and offer step-up opportunities (where applicable) to team members on projects
- Mentor individuals, apart from project teams, in their career and professional aspirations
4) Other initiatives
- Participate in organization improvement initiatives and activities such as knowledge management
- Participate in recruitment/other internal activities
