Position : Associate Project Lead

Job Description:

- Associates hold critical responsibilities and assist managers and project teams with the effective execution of the project.

- Associates are expected to have the ability to work in multiple modules at one point, thereby providing maximum leverage to Project Leads. Being more experienced, they often engage end-to-end on the project and help with training newer/junior team members.

Responsibilities:

- Understanding client contexts and dynamics of business concepts

- Facilitating brainstorming sessions with project teams and providing strong leverage to the Manager in creating work and analytical plans

- Managing module/part of project independently or with small teams

- Conducting comprehensive and effective research using both secondary and primary (interview, survey) research sources and techniques

- Organizing, analyzing, synthesizing, and generating insightful and structured output using appropriate tools and techniques (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.)

- As more experienced team members, contributing to the analytical approach, mentoring others, and helping drive innovation and internal improvements.

Required Skills:

- 2 to 4 years of relevant research experience

- Strong analytical aptitude - problem solving, quantitative skills

- Strong verbal and oral communication

- Team player and have excellent interpersonal skills

- Logical and creative thinker
