Job Position - Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

About us - Grabhouse.com is India's first 100% brokerage free website that help people find flats, roommates and tenants. We are a team of very young co-founders who have leveraged the power of technology to disrupt India real estate scenario. In less than a year we have expanded to 10 cities of India, have raised two rounds of funding the second one being from India Quotient Investment Fund. We are highly growth oriented company determined to ship fast extremely innovative features which will eventually change the market dynamics. Roles and responsibilities

- Develop the overall sales strategy, operational and organisational plan for sales team.

- Ensure future performance of company through focus on innovation and long term strategy.

- Responsible for hiring new recruits and setting up the team.

- Lead the team in identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing innovative solutions.

- Setting up training and induction process for new recruits

- Lead generation and lead management.

- Monitor on-going team performance total lead generated, conversions and net contributions.

- Undertake key decisions for the overall team and segment them in sub-categories

- Executing the overall company strategy by managing and tracking targets and rolling out company trainings

- Marketing spend and allocation across influencers

- Interact with business partners and end-consumers

- Innovate ground level promotions

Key specifications:

- 2-6 years of Sales Experience

- Qualifications - Graduate or MBA preference to IIT/IIM

- Should contribute individually along with managing team

- Ability to work with Targets

- Must have managed a large team

- Should have demonstrable leadership qualities

- Excellent team management skills

- Must be self-motivated and a go-getter

- Fluency in English, Hindi, local language will be of advantage.

Core competencies include, but are not limited to:

- Ability to assess market trends, shape sales and marketing strategy and generate ideas for product development

- Excellent analytical capabilities understands clients' needs and possesses strong strategic mindset.

- Great Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team to meet their targets.

- Excellent Communication Skills - elucidate goals and reaches agreements maintaining the interests of all departments

- Excellent networker builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues, clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues

Compensation: Competitive market salary TBD on the basis of Interview performance and last withdrawn CTC.
