Product Manager (4-8 years of experience)

Grabhouse.com is a tech startup in real estate sector which was founded with a vision to change the face of real estate in India. We help people find flats, flatmates and tenants without brokers. We have grown from a team of 2 to 25, from 1 city to 4 cities in just one year and are fully funded by India Quotient.

It needs to be accurate, fast, hassle free, on mobile and broker free! As a Product Manager you will be responsible for building and constantly improving the product using industry experience and feedback from customers and clients. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with the Technology team to define product release requirements. You will guide the Sales and Operations team. You will work with marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.



Responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze user needs and pain points.

- Own the product in terms of UX and functionality.

- Work closely with operations and understand their daily challenges.

- Manage the lifecycle of existing products.

- Work with engineers to build and launch new features.

Minimum Qualifications:

- B.tech in Computer Science from Top Engineering College

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong technical abilities.

- Ability to write and analyze maintainable code.

- Know how of asana or basecamp.

- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.

- Strong problem solving skills.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
