Who are we?

Grabhouse.com is a tech startup in real estate sector which was founded with a vision to change the face of real estate in India. We help people find flats, flatmates and tenants without brokers. We have grown from a team of 2 to 40, from 1 city to 4 cities in just one year and have raised 4 rounds of funding.

With advancement in technology and comfort of people in using websites for their day to day needs, real estate deserves a fresh approach. It needs to be accurate, fast, hassle free, on mobile and broker free! Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Own the complete recruitment strategy and process to acquire the best talent in the industry. Also be solely responsible for setting up processes around talent acquisition inculcating industry standards.

- Mentorship: Provide group/ one-to-one coaching to Executives and Managers to support leadership development, business decision-making, people management, problem solving and performance management. Also be responsible in setting up processes around training new joiners to remarkable decrease the turn-around time.

- Reward: Develop and track reward/incentive programs to attract and retain talent. Lead the development and implementation of local reward and non-monetary recognition strategies to ensure a focus on the key business success drivers and appropriate business behaviour.

- Internal Branding: Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs, processes and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets. Also, help shape and influence employee communication to ensure engagement and clarity.

Required Skills/ Experience

- MBA Graduates (in HR) from reputed Institutes with 4-6 years of experience with record of developing and implementing a talent management strategy

- Tech savvy, commercial with a strong understanding of the online space. Past experience as HR into Industries - Internet/ E-commerce / Online - highly preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in complex environments at the most senior levels of an organisation.

- Quick learner and smart at understanding technology.

- Excellent Managerial/ Team mentoring/ Training skills

- Excellent oral and written/communication skills in English.

Required Attributes:

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.

- High ethical standards and Preventability is must.

- Excellent analytical capabilities.

- Great Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire.

- Keen learner, highly creative and unique approach to implementing HR strategies
