Roles & Responsibilities :

- Be responsible for leading and streamlining the entire HR operations for Grabhouse

- Responsible for looking into various aspects of HR operations including New employee joining formalities, induction program, Exit formalities, Employee Grievances, Employee engagement.

- Accurate timely and quality inputs of the payroll data to finance department for the successful delivery of Monthly Payroll

- Implementing HRIS system and maintaining the data there after

- Responsible for designing and crafting the various HR policies from scratch including leave management system, appraisal policy, code of conduct, workforce harassment.

- Coordinating PMS - Implementation of Performance Management, Performance Improvement Plan across region

- Should have experience in offer letter roll out, salary annexure, salary break-ups etc

- Responsible for Internal and External quarterly and yearly Audits and ensuring seamless closure of the same

- Preparation of various HR Matrix, analysing employee turnover, developing employee dashboard

Requirements :

- 3-8 year's experience in a similar role

- MBA in HR from premier institute preferred

- Start up exposure preferred

- Excellent communication and Presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and a self-starter
