Who are we?

Grabhouse.com is a tech startup in real estate sector which was founded with a vision to change the face of real estate in India. We help people find flats, flatmates and tenants without brokers. We have grown from a team of 2 to 25, from 1 city to 4 cities in just one year and are fully funded by India Quotient.

Roles and responsibilities

- Will be responsible for Grabhouse Customer Support and Service teams

- Ensuring that all related processes are streamlined and operational in alignment with the aim of providing best customer service across industry.

- Develops and maintains world class customer service to our customers and clients.

- Investigates and resolves non-routine customer complaints

- Training the customer care team for interpersonal and influencing skills to enhance customer experience.

- Leading telesales/customer care teams to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets by promoting best practices, tools and techniques for exceptional sales performance.

- Evaluates the team and works closely with HR team and management to ensure we hire talent, provide them with the proper resources and taken action when appropriate.

- Exceptional attention to detail as to not miss deadlines

- Great communication skills and professional demeanor

- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to listen to customer's needs

- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions

- Ability to understand how various pieces of the business fit together.

- Excellent planning and organization skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details

Qualifications: Any Graduate and MBA from a reputed institute is preferred. 5 plus years experience in telesales, and/or telemarketing and customer support management; experience managing multiple, high volume outbound call centers, managing customer experience, customer care and service operations.
