Grabhouse.com is a tech startup in real estate sector which was founded with a vision to change the face of real estate in India. We help people find flats, flatmates and tenants without brokers. We have grown from a team of 2 to 25, from 1 city to 4 cities in just one year and are fully funded by India Quotient.

With advancement in technology and comfort of people in using websites for their day to day needs, real estate deserves a fresh approach. It needs to be accurate, fast, hassle free, on mobile and broker free! Our customer focus overpowers everything we do – and right now we’re making a huge investment in our digital services. The ultimate aim is to create digital services that gives our existing customers a first-class experience, but that also helps us to attract new ones. The Digital Marketing Expert will manage Grabhouse website and digital communications program to maximize sales leads and brand recognition. As an integral part of the marketing team, this position works closely with other marketing team members, graphic designers, agencies and IT web development team.

Roles and responsibilities

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

- Monitor Google Analytics and brand mentions, creating and tracking KPIs, identifying key trends, reporting on progress and proactively providing solutions for improvement.

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital mar

Core competencies include, but are not limited to -

- Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.

- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.

- Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites and social media applications.

- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.

- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.

- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services

Professional Qualifications/Requirements

- Post graduates from top b-schools like IIM /XLRI/ FMS MBAs/Top MBA Institutes with 4-8 years of experience in media buying /advertising/marketing /brand management

- Candidate should have strong communication skills. Must have passion for start-ups/ technology

- Experience with similar roles in Online industry/FMCGs/Telecom

- The desired candidate should be a team leader, deal closer and analytical

- Should be a self-starter and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial set up
