Role description:

The City Head is responsible for providing Team/operational leadership to Territory Managers(TM) as head of Data Collection Team - for the allotted city. The role includes:

- Leading a team of 5-8 TM into Data Collection/ Field Sales directly and 30 FOS indirectly. FOS are required to collect survey data/ photographs/ details of complexes/ buildings for particular localities. While TM are responsible for each of the defined territories in the city.

- Managing the P&L of the city and executing with highest level of accuracy the strategy to map down the entire city.Overseeing budgets and expenditure. Defining data collection strategies, gathering business requirements, managing operational requirements and monitoring of metrics like data collection, Complex addition rate etc.

- Developing and executing team's operational plan with complete ownership of the city to map down all required data-points including photographs of the allotted localities using the TM/ FOS team.

- Adhering to timelines/targets with a strong focus on KPIs. Executing the overall company strategy by managing and tracking targets and rolling out trainings

- Lead the team in identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing innovative solutions. Motivating and leading team, including honing/ optimizing processes.

- Setting up city level training process for new recruits.

- Define operating plans, processes and procedures, reporting to the existing CBO.

- Provide a comprehensive report on competitive analysis inclusive of pricing, product and business strategy

- Report daily/weekly/ monthly metrics to the CBO

Required Skills and Experience

- MBA from reputed Institutes with 4-6 years of experience in leading teams of at-least 20 Sales Representatives or Relationship officers into Data Collection/ Survey Drives/ Field Sales in Online/FMCGs/Banking/Insurance/Telecom sector.

- Must have worked as Sales/Regional/District/Zonal head - a strong in‐depth knowledge of Sales cycles and Sales strategies is imperative for this role.

- Should be a consistent performer in his previous role while managing the team and self.

- Should have strong ability to work with Targets and demonstrable leadership qualities.

- Excellent Managerial/ Team mentoring/ Training skills. Should contribute individually along with managing team.

- Excellent oral and written/communication skills in English.

- Real estate experience preferred.

Note: Criteria to Apply

- Candidates from Online Industry/ FMCG preferred.

- Responsible for effective management of 20+ team.
