Governance Partner - Business Process Control - Shipping (4-6 yrs)
- An integral part of the job is to enable the Operations function to optimize its operations and achieve its objectives in a structured, controlled, transparent and efficient manner through
- Defining, deploying and sustaining a standard operating framework for various work products within the
overarching Operations landscape
- Act as an enabling function for the business performance management teams, business process owners, execution organization, frontline teams and the leadership teams
- Evaluate the deployed business processes and work on incessantly improving the Operations process by
identifying areas of potential improvements
- Works in amalgamation with its 8 LOCs and regions, the centre and the 3 global service centers (GSCs) across Mumbai, Pune and Chennai in India to achieve business goals against the stated operational and performance objectives
- Facilitate/participate in cross functional engagements for large projects and ensure timely delivery of the
projects benefits
- Monitor adherence of the Operations teams to the set frameworks
- Monitor the timelines and deliverables of the key projects within operations, suggest course correction activities
to ensure the projects deliver as committed PDSA frameworks, standards and process documents on a timely basis
Candidate Summary:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in business process governance or a similar profile.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in project and change management
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Green belt certified
- Industry Knowledge
Skills: Business process governance, PMP, Green belt certified
