Campaign Manager:

The candidate will be responsible for initiating, developing and managing Online marketing campaigns that are designed to source new prospects, assist prospects in moving along a conversion process, and grow average customer spend, in an online B2C environment. This individual have to initiate and drive innovative tactical online marketing campaigns at positive ROI and assist in formulating online marketing strategies. At Gopaisa we work in a performance driven environment where the campaign managers- performance is directly linked to the MROI performance of the online marketing campaigns that they manage.

KRA:

- Maintain target customer segment profiles.

- Conceptualising and pitching innovative and compelling offers that consider product potency, competitive environment and brand positioning. Generate leads for Inside Sales and convert low-touch prospects into self-service customers.

- Set new media campaign strategy and direction.

- Testing of new channels, outlets and good offers.

- Source, buy and manage new media publishers with available advertising inventory to engage with target customer segments in international markets. Significant focus on sourcing test inventory that generates MROI above threshold.

- Negotiate test and ongoing media placement costs and value-adds (lowest cost, preferential placements, freebies, run-overs, guest posts, etc.).

- Full own-list email campaign management

- Create and manage a campaign calendar/ media schedule of incoming campaign requests, including preparation of campaign briefs and subsequent discussion with Media Manager, scheduling flight dates with publishers, briefing graphic design and trafficking teams on requirements and flight dates once there is sign off.

- Managing of a pool of creatives.

- Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns.

- Weekly and monthly reporting of campaign performance.

- Initiate and assist with the implementation of campaign optimisation tools and technologies.

- Provide campaign feedback that assists with landing page optimization including page copy optimisation.

- Manage allocated media budget to maximize medium-term campaign ROI for international new media campaigns.

- Assist with managing outsourced media planning, buying and campaign management vendors for display advertising and paid search.

- Communicate with Inside Sales and Support teams regarding upcoming approved campaigns ito target customers and markets.

- Collate post-campaign feedback from Inside Sales and Support teams for campaign optimization and product pricing or feature development.

- Keep abreast of the latest online marketing information and trends.

Core Competencies:

- Online media sourcing, buying, trafficking, campaign management

- Strong marketing proficiency (absolutely no chancers)

- Exceptional data analysis skills Campaign performance reporting & recommendations

- Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills; copywriting training and ability

- High levels of attention to detail and well developed troubleshooting and problem resolving skills essential
