Role Description : Responsible for research, design, development, contracting, marketing and implementation of the annual budget for the Visa vertical

Location : Mumbai

Qualification: B.E/ B .Tech from a Premier Institute

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role Description : Responsible for research, design, development, contracting, marketing and implementation of the annual budget for the Visa vertical

- Owner of the P&L of the Visa vertical

- Define product, contracting and marketing strategy that helps in delivering the targeted P&L

- Ownership of customer experience and customer delight while booking Visa on the platform

- Manage cost of sales, improve conversion rate and increase productivity

- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer delight across channels

- Ensure delivery of appropriate information to all internal constituents that helps in effective management of the Visa P&L

Role Requirements :

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

- Candidates from a travel background will be preferred, but is not a must

- Need to be analytical with a digital bent of mind

- Good understanding of customer funnels and able to effectively optimize the same

- Good technical understanding and experience of working closely with the technology team

- Should understand media landscape and be able to optimize cost of marketing
