Goomo.com - Product Manager

Role:

- Designing and delivering a fantastic end user experience on Goomo.com and on the Goomo Mobile App

Location : Mumbai

Role Responsibilities :

- Design the roadmap, architecture and user experience of new products on Gummo.com and on Goomo's app

- Track customer journey and optimize the funnel to increase conversion rates and minimize drop off

- Regular product improvement and end-user QA exercises

- Conceptualize high-level wireframe and user interaction diagrams for new products

- Document the aspiration of each product and share it with the technology team

- Work closely with the technology team to ensure that the products are built as per plan

- Manage the lifecycle of each product from beta testing through to release

- Keep abreast with market trends

Role Requirements :

- Excellent English communication skills

- Hands on experience in planning and managing mobile apps, preferably in e-commerce or travel

- Hands on Experience developing user experience strategies, user journey planning, wire frame diagramming, user acceptance testing and product lifecycle management

- Desire to deliver a fantastic end user experience

- Degree in engineering/computer science

- Five to Eight Years of Overall Experience
