Job description : Manager - Web Analytics

About Us :

Goomo.com is an exciting new travel Tech start-up focused on providing travel and mobility solutions to Domestic, Inbound and Outbound customers. We aim to be India's first Omni-channel technology enabled travel company facilitating travel through agent network, own branches with web and mobile presence. Our goal is to be one of the Top 3 travel players in India over next three years.

Headquartered in Mumbai, we currently have over 180 employees across 14 different cities in India and Germany. Our current team is largely focused on the off-line, MICE and Tours business. We are in the process of building a team for GOOMO.com and are looking for professionals who want to be part of an exciting e-commerce environment. This team will be an integral part of our growth and play a key role in creating value for the organization and themselves.

Location : Mumbai

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech from a Premier Institute

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Hands on experience working with adobe analytics and dynamic tag manager

- Good understanding in competitor intelligence, involved in market research

- Experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics and web reporting

- Proficient in MS Excel should be able to understand formulas and pivot tables

- Managing expectations in data extraction from any analytics tool and reporting delivery and implementation efforts

- Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions

- Partner with Product Management to determine how to measure performance for new products/features

- Work with the Sales and Marketing Operations lead to create and manage a process of lead management, lead scoring, qualification and creating opportunity/revenue funnel

- Acquire full understanding of site architecture and page construction and liaise with Technical group to ensure suitability and consistency of measurement;

- Collaborate with marketing campaign managers to help support a data-driven approach. Define campaign success metrics and ensure that measurement is in place to measure that success.

- Proactively finding site conversion breakdowns and opportunities to improve journey conversion

- Creating and testing tracking codes, ensuring that tagging implementation is accurate

- Custom-code tags in the tag management tool - Google Tag Manager experience is desirable

Key Skills & Experience :

- Experience of implementing and testing web tags and analytics tools

- Experience of an eCommerce-driven retail environment

- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insight

- Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task

- Delivery to time, budget and quality expectation, across multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.

- Should have atleast 3-4 years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Google Analytics (preferred) Omniture, ClickTracks, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics etc.

- Should have deep understanding of GA setup, Events setup, Data Layers, Enhanced Ecommerce, working with Big Query essential
