Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.  Working within our advertising operations teams, you will help the wider Platforms Sales team better serve Google's DoubleClick Digital Marketing (DDM) platform clients with an immediate focus on DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM) clients. This fast-paced sales and support team proactively identifies and resolves concerns and contributes to the growth of our client programs. You continue to hone your stakeholder management, portfolio management and relationship-building skills, supporting some of Google's top advertisers and agencies by providing the best possible service. Your responsibilities range from managing people and advertiser accounts, developing compelling advertising solutions for brand and direct response advertisers to developing scalable support solutions.  You will work within a diverse team and in conjunction with stakeholders across North America, sharing your advanced knowledge of DBM and advising a portfolio of clients on the best strategies to achieve their desired results. You have a strong desire to learn continuously to mentor individuals on your team to drive the best possible outcomes.  Responsibilities:  - Work closely with our in-market sales and leadership teams to provide oversight for a portfolio of large client campaigns to meet business goals and build a strong understanding of competing advertising technology products in relation to the DDM platform.  - Adopt a hands-on approach to campaign management. Develop and implement best practices for campaign management, growth opportunity identification and pitch preparation. Be a coach and mentor individuals on your team to achieve business objectives and take an active interest in their career progression.  - Understand client media plans and continually identify opportunities and suggest interventions such that the in-market Sales team is able to deliver against client objectives and beat set goals.  - Meet regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to gain knowledge of the clients and industry vertical and lead your team to become the clients- trusted advisors. Oversee business development for new markets and expansion scope within existing markets.  Minimum qualifications:  - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.  - 8 years of sales delivery, account management or consulting operations management experience.  - 4 years of people management experience.  Preferred qualifications:  - MBA or advanced professional degree.  - Experience managing online display campaigns using demand side platform (DSP) for large clients.  - Proficiency in the display ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, first and third-party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad-operations and Google display ad buying, delivery and measurement platforms.  - Ability to identify business or tactical opportunities and help the team achieve success.  - Ability to drive increased volume quarter over quarter and exceed goals.  - Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills.  Area:  When our millions of advertisers and publishers are happy, so are we!
