The Ad Review Operations (ARO) team has the critical responsibility of protecting Google’s users by ensuring compliance of any ad-funded content. We strive to maintain a healthy Ads ecosystem, by adhering to quality standards for the company’s expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users across the globe.  - As a Manager, Ads Review Operations, you will be responsible for the operational performance of the Ad format across all languages and markets.   - In addition, you will be part of a global team managing smooth 24x7 operations to deliver high quality ad content across over 15 formats in more than 42 languages with the help of our vendor partners.  Responsibilities:   - Deliver on service level agreements using a team of Googlers and vendors, and find innovative solutions to support advertisers 24x7. Manage people, performance, and global collaboration.  - Manage a team of Google's highly talented and motivated support representatives and associates.  - Collaborate closely with Engineering teams in Google on new feature development and system requirements.  - Drive innovative projects that have a global impact, and provide outstanding customer support to Google's advertisers.  - Provide strategic advice and help solve issues for advertisers by working closely with stakeholders.  Minimum qualifications:  - BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.  - 9 years of experience in people management roles.  Preferred qualifications:   - MBA degree.  - Demonstrated critical thinking experience in a consulting, management or engineering role.  - Engineering work experience.  - Keen interest in search and online advertising and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and business growth through direct and/or scalable sales and support initiatives.  - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment, and professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.  - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development, as well as excellent creative written and verbal communication skills.
