Responsibilities:  - To set best in the class processes in the company across disciplines - Business operations, Customer Support, Payments, KYC, Risk management, etc.   - To design efficient processes, identify key metrics and optimize the same in an objective manner  - To lead and manage the team of Managers and Executives to offer the best Customer experience - consumer and merchant alike.   - To recruit & manage team members and ensure a healthy and efficient work environment.  - To establishing clear metrics for performance measurement, turnaround times for each of the key processes & individual team member's assessment.  - To working with tech team to build internal tools & automation to achieve efficiency and scalability  - To drive a culture of getting things done on time with a high quality of service.   Preferred Qualifications:   - Bachelors in Engineering / MBA from a premier institute. A Computer science background is good to have, but not mandatory.  - Prior experience of at least 3 to 4 years in Operations - E-commerce, banking, manufacturing, risk operations, airline industry, etc.  - Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with MS excel.
