Position Summary :   The Analyst will be one of the key member of credit / equity/ transaction assessment team. It represents one of the good opportunities to work on the business proposals from diversified industries and interact with the CFOs/CAs directly to understand from them about their business.  Job Description :  - Research and analyze industry, economic, market, and regulatory data as required to support sector coverage activities and transaction execution.  - Should be able to conduct primary market research and analyze results through statistical analysis.  - Should be able to analyze financial statements and project future financial position of the company.  - Well versed with the financial modelling in excel.  - Should be able to develop knowledge insights about the sector and write sector reports.  - Should have a flair for writing business proposal for both debt/equity transactions.  - Ability to handle assigned work independently and take ownership.  - Responsible for taking initiatives for business development and company growth.  Qualifications :   - 2-5 years of relevant experience.   - Fundamental understanding of accounting and finance, ability to build basic financial models.  - Familiarity with business valuation techniques, including comparable company and discounted cash flow analysis   - Superior analytical and problem solving skills; ability to multi-task; strong attention to detail.  - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  - Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  - CFA, MBA or equivalent degree desirable.  Goldrush Capital Services is on growth trajectory and has an aspiration to become one of the leading name in investment banking sector.
