The company has successfully closed debt arrangements for companies like Adhunik Metalics, KCC Buildcon, Dilip Buildcon, LnT Infra Fund to name a few. Last year the company has accomplished very ambitious disbursement of INR 13,000 million
We are very active in Infra, Real Estate, Engineering, Pharma, Auto and other capex intensive industries.
- The person shall be working on debt syndication and project financing.
- The person shall be responsible for preparing CMA (Credit Monitoring Assessment) into excel as per the bank requirement and assess the Working capital limits. The person shall be hands on preparing the credit appraisal note, the brief Information memorandum and the project report
- We shall prefer candidate with hands on experience of credit appraisal in a corporate finance advisory firm or any private sector bank.
- The person should have deal execution experience and working knowledge of key bank products like Working capital limits - Fund based and Non Fund based, Project Financing, Real Estate Funding, ECB and other foreign currency funding.
- He/She need to interact directly with MD/CEO, CFO of companies, understand their financial statements and assess the eligibility for additional funding or re-financing at cheaper cost.
- We are looking for highly passionate dynamic finance professional to join our growing team at Mumbai. We shall prefer candidate who is proactive, analytic and flair for numbers.
- The person shall be expected to interact with most PSU/Private sector senior most bankers in the Head Office and Zonal Office to address their queries on credit profile of the company.
