The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training programs across the organization.  Major Responsibilities/Duties:   - Identify training needs and mapping out development plans & schedules for new and existing employees to address competency gaps  - Coordinate Training Need Identification (TNI) across functions / businesses   - Formulation & execution of training architecture and training calendar   - Organize, develop training programs to meet specific training needs  - Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating all training programs  - Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed  - Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design  - Maintain updated training database and records  Requirements:  - Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)  - Proven working experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
