Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA  Golcha Group- Manager-HR & Industrial Relations (Male)  - Personnel department including monitoring of functions of Staff working in personnel / Time Office.  - To deal with all disciplinary matters.  - To attend and resolve day-to-day grievances of employees.  - To attend conciliation meetings, Labour court cases etc.  - To meet and liaise with govt. Authorities/advocates from time to time as per the need of the work.  - To ensure implementation of company's personnel policies in an effective manner.  - Dealing with Workmen representatives/ Unions.  - To maintain smooth and cordial Industrial relations.  - Coordination with all the departments and providing assistance regarding matter pertaining to labor related and administrative issues.  - To update and maintain daily IR report and consolidate the same for monthly IR/ HR reports required to be submitted Senior Management.  - Liaison with various Government and Statutory authorities
