Education Qualification : MBA / CA with relevant experience.

Experience - 2+ years required.

Job Profile :

- To assist the CEO and CFO in identification of business strategic priorities, galvanizing focus of the organisation and regular monitoring and review of the progress made against the same

- Strategic planning and Annual planning

- Torch-bearer for Senior Management Leadership (SML) reviews

- Putting in place KPIs and institutionalizing business process review framework

- Financial analysis to back key business decisions

- Point of contact with external interfaces such as consultants and investors on some of the key initiatives

- Review and monitoring of business reports, financial performance and operating metrics

- Following up on key decisions, key business priorities with various persons across the organization

- Developing business turnaround strategy

- Evaluating potential acquisitions, investments, new business models, opportunities

- Exploring strategic partnerships, JVs, MOUs with other vendors and partners

- Implementing a range of productivity enhancement initiatives across existing businesses

- Pricing and strategy on key customer contracts

Personal skills :

- Prior consulting / project management experience preferred

- Extremely strong analytical skills and sharp eye for detail

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills

- Pro-active

- Self-starter

- Having hands on work approach

- Entrepreneurial attitude

- Enjoys working in a challenging work environment
