Position : Assistant Manager/Manager (Special Projects)

Reporting to : Senior Manager-Operations

Experience : 4 to 15 Years

Position Overview:

Location/City : HO/Gurgaon

The Role involved:

- Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements.

- Build effective and productive key business stakeholder relationships

- Early involvement in solution design and estimations.

- Analyze main business processes and requirements and translate into solutions.

- Ongoing validation of deliverables against requirements.

- Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials.

- Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements.

- Familiar with Project Management methodologies

- Good to have E-Commerce Operation Knowledge

- Good in Excel Reporting and Analysis

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Extensive experience of project management and leading a team.

- Good communications skills.

- Education: MBA from Tier 1 Institute

- Optional preference: Consulting experience

- Excellent problem solving ability with proven analytical skills.

Analyze customer business/Requirements and preparing BRD:

- Analyze issues

- Resolve issues

- Escalate issues

- Requirement gathering
